TRIPLE TRAINING

Today was a serious day of training, I trained at 10 AM, then after want to the gym at 2 PM - then at 8 PM tonight I went to the school to do some boxing. I can barely feel my legs lol.
I went to do a bit of grocery shopping today and bought lot’s of whole wheat pasta and egg white in a box. Now I’m going to go watch some TV andhead to bed. Times are tough be starting an auction 
LOL….anyhow goodnight and talk to you all tomorrow
