One week before I go to Austin. I’m so excited! While I’m there they will take the molds of my cock, my ass and my mouth so they can start making the Fleshjack toy

I’ve still working out like crazy and eating like crazy. This morning I had 12 egg whites for breakfast and today I has 7 turkey sandwiches and some tuna. All this working out really builds up an appetite Today I worked on my chest and back at the gym. I am getting into such great shape and it feels so good.
I also had new windows installed in the house. I needed to replace several of the windows to make them more energy efficient so I can reduce my power bill, especially during our cold winters. I am so happy about it, hehe!
Tonight I’m just going to hang out with friends and relax. I’ve had a busy week and it feels good just to unwind.

Hi Pierre, I always get a kick of reading what you eat. You can really pack it away it seems. But with all the working out you surely need fuel. I was good and went to the gym 4 days this week. I am trying to be good. I can’t give up junk food though. I have given up other things so food I like is a must for me. But I try to eat healthy. Have a good Saturday. I am off to the gym.

I always am reading your blog but have never actually posted. I thought I’d let you know that I got motivated this summer, and along with your ‘challenge’ I have lost about 40 pounds! I went from 229 to 188 lbs currently. I feel so great, and have made it by mostly major diet change (portion control, lots of proteins and no fast/junk food) and some moderate exercise. I want to get to the gym more though now that I’m back at school for the year and have some free time. Keep up the working out and enjoy your trip!
