Hello boys and girls! How has everyone’s week been? This week seems to be a bit colder. So far we have had a mild winter with about 5 snow storms and a few feet of snow. It’s not as bad as most of our winters. There is a lot of ice everywhere making the roads and sidewalks dangerous. I’m trying to be as careful as possible, haha

This week I’ve managed to catch up on some of my favorite shows like Desperate Housewives. I’ve stated watching Storage Wars too. I love watching these people bid on storage units and seeing some of the sick things they find. I may have to try that some time, lol.

Next weekend I’m going to visit my parents for a couple of days. It’s always so good to get back home and see them. I promised Mom I would help her set up her new Apple TV. Hey boys and girls. How is everyone doing? Sorry I’ve been away so long. I’ve been busy with my music and with family. I can’t believe how fast time flies by, lol.

My parents came to visit this past weekend. It was so good to see them. We decided to make our own sushi at home, so we went out and bought the bamboo mat for rolling the sushi, the seaweed wrap, rice, salmon, shrimp and all the other ingredients. Our first attempt didn’t turn out so well, but the second attempt was good. We had so much fun and ate so much, haha My dad also did a little electrical work in the basement to add some outlets for my freezer. He also helped me with a some plumbing in the bathroom under the sink. I love doing home projects with my dad. I think he can build and fix just about anything.

Hey boys and girls! I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I had an amazing time with my family and boyfriend. We arrived in Cornwall on Friday and returned home yesterday. It’s always good to be with family and friends. I got some awesome gifts, some of them from fans, haha. As much as I love getting gifts, I really love giving gifts to my family. It always makes me so happy so see the looks on their faces and to see how happy they are

On Monday we went to see Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. It was so sick. I seriously think its the best out of all the Mission Impossible movies. Other than that we did a little shopping. After all, it was Boxing Day here in Canada, so of course we had to hit the Boxing Day sales, lol.

Now we are back home and I’m trying to burn off those extra Christmas calories. I felt pretty good with myself. I don’t think I ate too much fattening food. I should have it burned off in no time. I just lifted 400 pounds three times squatting. That’s a new personal record for me. I totally feel like Superman right now!

It’s hard to believe that 2011 will be over in less than 3 days. This year has flown by. It’s had it’s ups and downs but I think overall 2011 has been a damn good year. I’m excited to roll into 2012 with more DJ gigs, podcasts, videos and much, much more. I’ve never really made New Year’s resolutions, but this year I am going to make a resolution to continue to improve my body as well as my music. I’m also making a resolution to take my music and DJ work to the next level, so watch out, DJ Pierre Fitch is unstoppable, baby! What are some of your New Year’s Resolutions? I can’t believe Christmas is less than three days away, lol. Tomorrow I am leaving to go to my parents for Christmas. I can’t wait to see them. Christmas is my favorite time of year. As much as I love getting gifts, I enjoy giving gifts to my family and friends more. I still have a little more shopping to do. I know, I know… I should have had it done already, haha. Don’t worry, I always manage to find just the right gifts

I’m now at 163 pounds and 8.9% body fat. I’m only 5’6″ so that’s a lot of muscle mass. Damn, I’m getting so ripped, it’s sick! I’m so proud of myself for sticking to my diet and my workout routine. Of course I have one cheat day each week to eat carbs and a little junk food. That’s good for jump starting your metabolism. If you do the same thing every day your body becomes used to it and you stop seeing results. It’s all about mixing things up. So, what are your fitness goals for 2012?

Werq it, gurl, lol. OMG, I’ve been training so hard for the last two months and eating incredibly healthy. Of course I have one cheat day once a week so I don’t go nuts, haha. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in and I’m getting better every day. I got the new P90X 2 workout and have been going at it hard. I’ve also been running for at least 30 minutes a day in addition to walking almost everywhere. I’m also in the gym almost every day and really working my arms, chest and legs. I can’t wait for my family to see me at Christmas. They may not even recognize their little Pierre, lol

I started watching American Horror Story today. So far I’ve seen the first two episodes and I am so hooked. This show is sick. Please don’t spoil anything for me. I’m about to watch the third episode tonight. No spoilers, please! Damn, this show is scary and addictive. It kind of reminds me of The Shining a bit… but better, haha!

I had such a fucking amazing time in Las Vegas. I didn’t want it to ever end! It started with just doing a DJ gig for the new nightclub and strip club, Share Nightclub. Then I was asked to stay longer and perform with DJ Pornstar on Friday night, and perform with Brent Everett on Saturday night. OMG, it was an exhausting week but I loved every minute of it. I can honestly say that Share Nightclub is one of the sickest clubs I have ever been in. I love that it’s a nightclub and a strip club together. He’s always so much fun to work with and I love hanging out with him and his husband, Steve Pena.

The really big news is that Share Nightclub has signed me to a contract to perform there four times in 2012. I will be performing on some major holidays like Labor Day and Halloween. I think this is going to be an awesome working relationship. I’m so happy and grateful for the opportunity

I was a little surprised at how everything seemed to close early in Vegas on Thanksgiving. I thought the place would be booming with a long holiday weekend like that. Most of the restaurants and bars closed early. I felt like I was in a ghost town, lol. I still managed to get in a session at the gym before they closed and grab a quick bite to eat before they rolled up the sidewalks, haha.

Even being in Las Vegas and doing all this traveling I have managed to keep my regular workout routine and stick to my healthy diet. I am now down to 8.5% body fat. At 30 years old I think I am in the best shape of my life and I don’t feel a day over 20. My goal is to get down to 5% body fat, or maybe a little less. Even though I am working so hard at my diet and exercise I still need to reward myself sometimes, so Monday night I treated myself to a pizza with grilled chicken and mushrooms. Mmmmmm, so good, lol. Don’t worry, I’m not backsliding. I intend to stay in the best possible shape I can.

I’m still in Las Vegas. My show at Share Nightclub on Friday was insane. The club is amazing and the crowd was really into it. This is one of the best clubs I’ve ever been to in Vegas… and I’ve been to almost all of them! I decided to stay through the week. I’ll probably be leaving on Sunday. This past Saturday Cazwell and the Perry Twins performed. They were sick!

This weekend Brent Everett and his husband Steve Pena are going to be in town. DJ Pornstar (Dominic Pacifico) will be here as well. We are all going to be partying at Share Nightclub. Friday night I will be performing with DJ Pornstar and on Saturday night Brent and I will be performing together on stage. I can’t wait, hehe! This week I have been working on burning new music and practicing my mixing. Vegas is one of my favorite cities and I can’t wait to DJ there. OMG, this weekend is going to be fucking insane!!!

Other than that I have been hitting the gym every day, sticking to my diet and walking as much as possible. I also found some zero-calorie foods from Walden Farms. I didn’t know where to find it in Montreal so Matt the Great found some where he lives. I sent him a list of what I wanted and he was able to find it and ship it too me. I got honey dijon dressing, balsamic vinegarette, blue cheese dressing, chocolate sauce, chocolate dip, caramel dip, strawberry spread and ketchup. All of it is calorie-free and fat-free. I was expecting it to taste like shit, but I was surprised. It’s not that bad. Of course nothing tasted like the real thing, but the real thing is what adds on the fat, lol.
