OMG, I have such amazing news! I told you all that I was looking for a new house and would be moving out of my apartment. Well, it’s finally happening. My real estate agent picked me and Julien up on Saturday to go look at a house I found online. I loved it and it was the perfect price so I put a bid down on it. I was so nervous and excited. This is a big step for me. At first I didn’t think I was going to win the bid because there were so many people bidding on the house, but I WON!!!  The bank approved me and tomorrow the house is going to be inspected to make sure there is nothing wrong before we finalize everything. My parents are coming down to see the house during the inspection. My dad knows so much about construction. I’m glad he is going to be here because he will know all the right things to ask the inspector. I should be ready to move at the end of April

This house is amazing. I has a nice big yard, a fence and a lot of trees around the back yard for privacy, a pool, 3 bedrooms and a basement. The best part is that it’s still in Montreal so we don’t have to go too far to see all of our friends and go to the restaurants and clubs.

Also, Julien started a new job on Tuesday and he loves it. I’m so happy for him Things could not have been more perfect the last few days. I’m so glad my best friends, Paul and Matt the Great were here to share all of the excitement! We had champagne and cigars to celebrate the good news

Tuesday night we went to celebrate at the best steakhouse in Montreal. We had fillet mignon and lobster, steak tartare, and a LOT of drinks. Ralph joined us for the celebration at the restaurant too!

We also had a couple of dinner parties at my place. We had so much good food but it was worth it. We have a lot to be happy about. Wish me luck for the house inspection tomorrow. I know everything will turn out great
